20: Bunny Hop Breakfast. 8 to 11 a.m., Joseph R. Susnig Complex, 401 Mound St.; Pre-K through Grade 5; breakfast, coloring contest, pictures with the Easter Bunny. Registration required. $5 per person.
20: Easter Egg Drop. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Main Event 10 a.m. to noon. Thousands of eggs are dropped onto the field from a helicopter. Open to the public.

18: Opening Day at the Ball Park. Dolan Park, June Street and East Carpenter Street. Free hotdogs and chips to all athletes wearing their 2019 P&R Jerseys.

1: Jerseyville Tourism Car Show. Lions Club Park. Registration 9 a.m., Judging at noon. Awards 4 p.m., Jerseyville Family Festival.
30: Community Splash and Watch Pool Party. Free. Party 7:30 p.m., movie at dusk. Free popcorn.

4: City of Jerseyville Fireworks. Dusk. Jersey County Fairgrounds, 101 W. Fairgrounds Ave. No admission.
8-14: Jersey County Fair. Celebrating 150 years. Jersey County Fairgrounds, 101 W. Fairgrounds Ave. Family Christian Music Festival; 4-H show and auction; sheep, beef, rabbit, swine, goat and dairy shows, truck and tractor pulls, talent show, pageant, IPRA rodeo, vendors, food, carnival rides (tickets or wristbands available).

19, 20: JPRD Craft Show. Joseph R. Susnig Complex, 401 Mound St. 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 11 a.m-3 p.m. Crafts, vendors and food. Formerly the PAC High School Craft Fair.
26: Halloween Festival. 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Costume judging for prizes, trick-or-treat to the State Street merchants, carnival games, hayride, blowup fun, hot dogs.

2: Mother Son Superhero Night. 401 Mound St. 5:30 to 8 p.m. Blowups, pizza, music activities. $25 per person.
30: Downtown Country Christmas Festival, Inc., 2 - 8 p.m. downtownz on Highway 67. Local fare, kids activities, music, hay rides, visit Santa, and more. Free admission.
